**About the Role**:
PowerTek is hiring an experienced **QA/QC Construction Supervisor** to represent our engineering team on-site and ensure EPC construction and testing complies with contract specifications and quality benchmarks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee site inspections, ITP/ITR review, and HSE compliance.
- Witness key installation stages (BESS containers, transformers, SCADA equipment).
- Validate EPC progress against milestones and issue quality documentation.
- Participate in final plant acceptance, as-built verification.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in site-based QA/QC roles on utility-scale energy projects.
- Prior experience on substation, BESS, or solar construction.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and FAT/SAT workflows.
- Long-term assignment readiness in Saudi Arabia required.
