Responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contractual requirements.
- Translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.
- Ensure preparation of Overall Project Schedule
- Ensure preparation micro schedule for site based on client-approved macro plan
- Monitoring & analysis of the project physical work schedules based on the plan
- Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly progress report and MIS reports
- Root cause analysis for any lag in progress and planning for corrective action
- Sub-Contractor Management, sub-contractor development & identifying the new sub-contractor as per the need of the project
- Collect all Subcontractors’ Baseline Schedules, Manpower & Equipment plans, and incorporate them into the Contractor planning Schedule for monitoring.
- Preparation of work order and timely processing of Sub Contractor bill
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Planning & scheduling for material and follow up with SCM for timely delivery at project site
- Provide corrective action to subcontractors to attain planned results based on a baseline schedule.
- Maintaining optimum inventory level for all items of the project to ensure progress of site activities as per the plan
- Preparation of project reports for client meetings/cluster review meetings
- Planning and monitoring of P&M and any hired resources at site to enhance the progress and savings in ACE
- Preparation of client bill, coordination with client to realize the payment on time for better working capital management of project.
- Maintaining good customer relationships to get collection on time.
- Monitoring of Site Productivity, Material Wastage & Bulk Material Reconciliation
- Preparation of JCR, performance report, updating of risk register and ETC (Estimate to complete)
- Implementation of digital initiatives like align for progress monitoring, GPS for vehicles, VR & WMS for workmen
- Develop, Control, Monitor, analyse and report on schedule-related aspects for the project.
- Establish and monitor a cost and resource-loaded, logically linked, baseline plan for the project.
- Establish Robust WBS and Project control structure w. r.t project Scope.
- Work with Project Manager and project team to establish the project activities, cost and durations and ensure that there reflect project scope, constraints and commitments.
- Interface with other departments regarding the project activities which may impact project progress.
- Responsible for keeping records of the project, must be well versed with contractual terms and do delay analysis and raise EOT claim if required.
- Present catch-up plan and activities to recuperate lost progress due to delays.
- Receive copies of daily reports and monitor work progress with time schedule program and update weekly and monthly time schedule progress report.
- Conduct internal project meetings with Project Managers, staff, and subcontractors raising weaknesses and delays in the time schedule.
- Conduct Project Management Review Meeting regularly.
- Maintain Internal / External Communications
- To be customer-centric and to ensure very good relations with client and consultants.
- Able to effectively manage the subcontractors and vendors. Ensuring timely processing of subcontractor bills and reconciliations.
