**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security program for the organization that addresses security risks and compliance requirements.
Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the organization’s information systems and infrastructure.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures that comply with industry standards and regulations.
Develop and manage incident response plans to respond to security incidents and minimize their impact.
Lead and manage the security team to ensure the effective delivery of security services and projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams in the organization to ensure that security is embedded into their systems and processes.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure that their services and products are secure and compliant.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cyber security and recommend updates to the organization’s security program as needed.
Prepare regular reports for senior management to keep them informed of the organization’s security status and progress.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in cyber security management, with a focus on architecture, construction, and infrastructure industries.
Strong understanding of cyber security principles, best practices, and industry standards.
Experience with risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning.
Knowledge of relevant regulations such as NIST, ISO, and PCI.
Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint security, and vulnerability management tools.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other teams and stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA would be an advantage.
