The Additive Manufacturing Engineer leads the creation, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for key design features on BH products.

As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Work on "brilliant factories" and other IT driven manufacturing systems.
- Individuals in this area have IT expertise but are specialized primarily in Manufacturing.
- Responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering, and maintenance.
- Responsible for digitization projects within the manufacturing environment. Identify opportunities to streamline, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes through digital tools.
- Handles simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
- Drive efficiency for manufacturing processes on a global scale. Drive for Change - to reduce Manufacturing cost and improve turnaround time without compromising quality.
- Lead, initiates and facilitates plant level process improvement projects with focus on cost reduction and efficient production

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Systems engineering, computer engineering or closely related field)
- Have 2 years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Competency in SharePoint, InfoPath, Flow, Power APPs and other Microsoft tools.
- Background in Visual Basic scripting.
- MACRO programming - VBA
- Have knowledge data analysis and optimization tools.
- Demonstrate commitment and tenacity; a self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to find new solutions in the face of adversity
