Procurement Expediting Engineer

Sinopec, a leading global petroleum and petrochemical company, is seeking a Procurement Expediting Engineer to join our international team.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and implement the expediting of all project-related equipment and materials.

Manage communications between the buyer and suppliers during the expediting phase.

Coordinate with design, inspection, and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery.

Analyze supplier progress reports and recommend corrective actions to avoid delays.

Assist in maintaining HSE compliance across all expediting activities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related disciplines.

Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement or expediting, preferably in oil & gas projects.

Experience with full-process management of equipment/material procurement.

Familiar with supplier documentation workflows and key manufacturing drawings.

Project experience in Saudi Aramco or SABIC preferred.

Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Age 40 or below.
