1. Support the development and implementation of HR Initiatives and systems
- 2. Provide any needed support in various admin related & human resource services. Ensure a high and consistent standard of HR service delivery to Head Office employees

3. Process all employees’ transactions on time, and administer requirements for the arrival of new joiners and exit process for leavers

4. Oversee and process travel-related operations and ensure an on-time delivery of employee’s travel needs including flight reservation, hotel booking, car rental and further travel arrangements required

5. Act as a liaison between the company and respective government bodies and ministries

6. Keep abreast of any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/ regulations, changes in forms and other procedures. Keep the HR management advised of such changes and highlight any potential risk or financial concern

7. Manage and tackle all government HR related e-service portals; including but not limited to, MUQEEM, GOSI, MOFA, QIWA and the ministry of Human Resources.

8. Conduct investigations of employee complaints, document findings. Analyze situation for potential liability and forward it for legal consultation if necessary.

9. Prepare corporate agreements with services providers, travel agencies, Rental Car & third-party service providers in addition to monitoring the cost.

10. Responsible for mail & courier services management.

11. Administer the head office facilities & ensure that all offices are properly maintained.

12. Oversee all employees’ disciplinary actions as per HR Policy & make sure that they are updated to the data base.

13. Contribute to the development of HR /Admin Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, and participate in overseeing their implementation to ensure that all procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service to internal customers.
