**Job Summary**:
Director Business Development & Commercials will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. He/She will be focused, have strong communication skills, be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify partnership opportunities and develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
- Set goals and develop plans for revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Think critically when planning to assure project success.
- Help builds critical marketing operations capabilities, including business planning, external agency (main & multiple sub-distributor) management, promotional materials management, and meetings management.
- Develops network of sales channels in KSA.
- Formulates agreements with sub-agents and country wide distributors that includes regular report and KPIs to fast track the launch and sale of various digital health products and services
- Establishes and maintains relationship with external agencies including management of RFP & bidding process, budgets, and performance. Builds systems to ensure participation and reporting on relevant RFP & bidding processes with potential customers (including governmental agencies).
- Develops best practices to optimize overall agency performance.
- Considers marketing objectives and recommends strategies and initiatives to minimize barriers and streamline processes to ensure rapid response to market needs and compliance with all policies.
- Proactively creates/changes processes, structures, programs and planning systems to ensure commercial success and fiscal accountability across all mmarketing planning and operations activities.
- Manages new sales opportunities and expansion of existing customers & distribution channels.
- Builds strong relationships and trust with customers & distribution networks.
- Meets or exceeds pipeline generation and revenue targets.
**Skills**
- Proven track record of developing sales & distribution networks across the GCC.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing, ambiguous environment in an organization without fully established procedures.
- Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis for the department. Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationship.
- Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and program return on investment (ROI).
- Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinated projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Good understanding of health-technology offerings relevant to patient experience.
- Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.
- Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
**Qualifications**:
- _Education_: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- _Experience_: 7 or more years' prior industry related business development experience.
- _Language_: Arabic speaking preferred, good command of English
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 7 years (preferred)
