**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, including pricing strategies and contract negotiations.
