**We Elevate..... Your Responsibilities**:

- Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures FF+.
- Supervise and control the execution of new installation and modernizations works, methods, materials and documentation.
- Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance.
- Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works.
- Ensure that the site is prepared as requested.
- Check that the tools and documentation are available.
- Ensure that requested resources are available.
- Ensure compliance with employment and health and safety procedures.
- Ensure performance targets (KPI) are achieved.

**Mobility needs you****:
**We Elevate.... Your Background**:

- Desired completed university education in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Desired Organization and Planning skills, elevator and escalator industry knowledge product, field, safety procedures knowledge, IT skills and leadership skills is a plus.
- Desired experience in installations and leading teams in elevator and escalator or construction industries for at least 10 years.
- Worked before in large projects
