As an **Inspector,** you will be responsible for supervising and inspecting construction and maintenance activities, particularly in sanitary installation works. This role requires field-based experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.

**Key Accountabilities**:
**The position involves**:

- Inspect and monitor all civil construction and maintenance activities on-site, including sanitary installation works.
- Verify that work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship used on-site.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and supervisors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Document inspection findings, prepare daily reports, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Ensure that all construction activities meet local codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Participate in progress meetings and inspections at various project milestones.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:
**We are Looking for**:

- Technical Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in **civil construction, maintenance**, and **sanitary installation works**.
- Good knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety practices and inspection procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in outdoor construction environments.
