**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English.**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
