Senior HR Coordinator

700Apps is currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations and activities. You will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and the overall employee experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have the necessary paperwork and resources.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including scheduling performance reviews, tracking performance goals, and assisting with performance improvement plans.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing information and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
- Assist in HR administration tasks, including benefits enrollment, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
- Stay updated on HR trends and regulations to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management is a plus.
