**Position Summary**
To lead the development and management of Executive Education programs at KAPSARC College, survey latest academic trends to foster program offerings, tailor outreach strategies to diverse customer segments to attract and increase customer base, and continuously improve program delivery to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients while ensuring adherence to KAPSARC College’s strategic goals.
**Major Accountabilities**
**Strategy and Planning**
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the vision, mission, and strategy of KAPSARC School of Public Policy (KSPP).
- Drive the design and development of Executive Education strategy in collaboration with KAPSARC School of Public Policy Leadership (KSPP).
- Set executive education performance objectives and continuously monitor progress towards realization of objectives.
**Opportunity Screening and Requests Management**
- Keep abreast of latest academic sector trends, standards, and offerings to incorporate best practices in Executive Education programs.
- Guide the development of tailored outreach strategies to diverse customer groups ensuring effective engagement and building long-term relationships that align with KAPSARC College's mission and objectives.
- Establish communication channels with corporate clients, government agencies, and key decision-makers encouraging open lines of communication, to enhance KAPSARC College's network and reputation, and ensure the continuous receipt of program requests.
- Develop and ensure the proper implementation of assessment plans for received requests including client engagement procedures, needs assessments, feasibility studies, knowledge gaps identification, and outcome specifications, to safeguard the effectiveness of tailored executive programs.
- Prioritize and approve proposed programs based on market research, latest emerging topics, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring a diverse range of offerings.
**Program Planning and Design**
- Lead the development and design of executive programs including program curriculum, content, and learning methodologies and ensure alignment with learning objectives.
- Manage the development of a comprehensive budget for each executive program, considering both revenue projections and estimated expenses ensuring fiscal responsibility, and financial sustainability throughout the program's lifecycle.
- Review final draft of program curriculum, content, learning methodologies, and other relevant program-related material, and dispatch to relevant stakeholders for approval and proper implementation.
**Program Delivery and Improvement**
- Lead program implementation, and ensure optimal program delivery, effective resource allocation, and adherence to quality standards, thereby enhancing the impact and success of executive programs.
- Ensure the availability of essential resources such as classroom, e-learning platforms, etc., and address challenges/issues before, during, and after program delivery to facilitate a seamless educational experience.
- Build, maintain, and update programs’ evaluation framework, guidelines, criteria, and performance metrics to depict gaps and recommend improvement measures.
- Develop periodical reports highlighting program performance, and clients’ satisfaction levels and ensure proper update of database/dashboards to include quality monitoring findings and results for future references.
- Consolidate and assess performance findings to unlock areas for improvement, including but not limited to teaching techniques, curriculum enhancement, instructional strategies, program timelines, etc.
**Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures**
- Direct the development and implementation of executive education’s policies, processes, procedures, and controls while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through adapting to changes in international standards, changes in the business environment and adoption of leading practices within the function.
**People Management**
- Inspire the team and provide guidance and mentorship to execute duties according to set policies, processes and procedures.
- Take actions to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
- Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to top management.
- Set individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate, and appraise direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance.
**Reporting**
- Analyze the information and prepare reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner to meet the requirements, policies, and quality standards.
