**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The program we are currently recruiting for is to **drive tourism through a high-touch engagement with small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia.**

As the Program Associate, you will act as the pivotal role supporting the Program Manager and the programs team in developing and managing a** 8-10 month entrepreneurship program** for **TDF** in KSA, from ideation to acceleration.

You are expected to co-lead the successful execution of this program, and to excel in supporting and interacting with the** entrepreneurs **during the whole program. You will own the logístical organization of the program, support in content delivery, facilitation and mentorship, and go above and beyond to ensure the program team is able to deliver the best in entrepreneurial programs.

**Program Coordination and Support**
- Develop and nurture relationships with participants to keep them engaged at all times.
- Track results and feedback from mentors, partners and entrepreneurs to propose improvements
- Keeping track of the different program activities and ensure their timely completion
- Moderating training sessions and supporting the lead trainer when needed
- Support in program outreach and selection of the participants
- Proactive approach in supporting the students needs within the scope of the program
- Being able to fully manage the logístical and administrative side of the program

**What do you need to be successful in this position?**
- 2+ years of experience, ideally working in hospitality, tourism, startups, entrepreneurial endeavors and/or ecosystems
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, a natural “people person” with drive, enthusiasm and a serious ‘make it happen’ attitude
- Ability to multitask, juggling multiple priorities and working with a big number of students/entrepreneurs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish. Meticulous, organized, highly skilled at prioritization
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Focused on impact and on finding ways to things better and faster
- Fluency in Arabic is a requirement
- Passion and understanding for tourism & entrepreneurship
- Experience in launching initiatives or planning events
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, ownership, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Be a brand ambassador for AstroLabs and represent the business with a professional and positive attitude at all times
