Role Overview:
As a Hospitality/Community Supervisor you will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation and supervision of our accommodation facilities in Duba, Tabuk. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee a range of tasks, from managing staff to ensuring guest satisfaction and housekeeping.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Staff Management:
- Supervise the housekeeping team, including room attendants, cleaners, and laundry staff, ensuring that all tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to support their professional development.
2) Guest Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for guest, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3) Housekeeping:
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and assignments to ensure all areas of the accommodation facility are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Inspect rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management for cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient usage.
4) Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records of guest occupancy, maintenance requests, and facility expenses.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required by management, providing insights into housekeeping and operational metrics.
5) Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing accommodation facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess compliance with safety standards and address any hazards or deficiencies.
- Proven experience in hospitality and housekeeping, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of color coding and housekeeping SOPs
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred).
