**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and design captivating motion graphics animations that communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Create motion graphics for a variety of platforms, including digital advertisements, social media content, explainer videos, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Cinema 4D to develop high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to ensure cohesive brand representation across all visual assets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience demographics.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine motion graphics content and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics design and animation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and animation work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong conceptual and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling motion graphics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya) is a plus.
