**What You'll Be Doing**:

- An excellent Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor & Graphic Designer must have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project.
- The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative Motion Graphics & Video Editing & Graphic Design that meet business goals.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with internal teams, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor & Graphic Designer.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design.
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts.
- Create highly engaging complex animations & videos.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the assigned projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for the project.
- Encoding, converting, and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Responsible for training and developing others in the use of animation software.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques, contemporary trends in product design and music to deliver cutting edge work.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics preferred
- 5+ years of experience design experience including video production design and animation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
- Expert-level knowledge of working on 3D Software, illustrator, PS, Apple motion, AE, and PR.
- Familiar with IOS and windows, rigging and character animation.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
- Respond to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative
- Flexible adaptive approach with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
