**About the Job**:
We are seeking a **Compliance and Support Specialist** to assist in executing compliance initiatives focused on regulatory adherence, third-party due diligence, and training. This role will involve supporting critical compliance-related matters, analyzing data to identify risks and trends, and providing guidance to ensure effective compliance programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage regulatory activities and communications related to compliance.
- Assist in the development and execution of regulatory project plans.
- Monitor and assess applicable regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive regulatory files in compliance with requirements.
- Provide timely regulatory advice to teams and respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities.
- Identify potential compliance risks and assist in developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs and training for employees.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting compliance obligations.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide guidance on compliance matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in compliance or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
