**Logistics Officer - GPS Tracking and Document Control**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GPS Tracking and Asset Monitoring**:

- Monitor and track the movement of vehicles and assets using GPS tracking software.
- Ensure all assets are accounted for and recorded accurately in the system.
- Generate reports on the location, usage, and condition of vehicles and equipment.
- Alert team members to any discrepancies or unauthorized movements.
- **Document Control and Management**:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all logistics documents, including shipping manifests, invoices, and inventory logs.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit documentation for customs, import/export, and compliance as needed.
- Create, organize, and maintain filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- **Logistics Planning and Coordination**:

- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including route planning and scheduling.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Address and resolve logistics-related issues in collaboration with the operations team.
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, reorder points, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overages.
- Track inventory movement, conduct regular audits, and report discrepancies.
- Ensure safe and secure storage of inventory, following best practices and organizational protocols.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics activities, including GPS tracking logs, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, local and international regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with a focus on GPS tracking and document control.
- Proficiency with logistics tracking software and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of document control practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
