**Construction superintendent Job Description**

1- Accountable for the safe execution of project construction activities.

2- Ensure compliance with work management process/work permits.

3- Provide value management and constructability reviews during the design phase. 4- Review and approves construction methods and schedules.

5- Engage HSE team and provide inputs to construction planners and material team for efficient construction plans.

6- Review 7, 30, 60 and 90 days progress reports.

7- Responsible for supervision of construction activities to achieve project objectives, e.g. safety, quality, environment, schedule and cost, etc.

8- Review construction reports and discuss bottlenecks with project controls.

9- Ensure Risk assessment and method statements are properly documented and approved by the client.

10- Regularly conduct meetings to engage construction team and motivate them for efficient and safe work progress.

11- Coordinate with Client, keeping Client informed timely of progress and problems.Coordinate with Project Control to obtain the status of costs and schedule, and coordinates with the Material Control to obtain the status of materials.

12- Coordinate with project Engineering Manager to obtain technical information for construction.

13- Manage subcontractors and review list of remaining work and ensure completeness. Assists with preparation of required documents for construction completion.

14- Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with the Quality plan.

15- Assure that work is within budget, plan and carried out efficiently in order to minimize waste

16- Support HSE Manager to maintain the project HSE system.

**Basic Qualifications**

1- Make project schedule with P6 software skillfully.

2- Experienced with at least one project of Saudi Aramco, be familiar with the requirement of Saudi Aramco.

3- Age not more than 40.

With valid drive license in Saudi.

**Salary**: From ﷼8,000.00 per month
