The Business Excellence / Process Management Consultant will play a pivotal role in providing operational support to the Business Excellence and Process Management department. The consultant will focus on documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes, policies, and procedures. They will also support various initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. The position requires strong expertise in process management and business excellence, contributing to strategic goals under the leadership of the VP of Planning and Development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and map business processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide recommendations for best practices and improvements in alignment with business excellence frameworks.
- Conduct process modeling and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor and track process improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with the organizations strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote process awareness and continuous improvement across departments.
- Support internal audits and business excellence assessments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to implement change management practices for smooth adoption of new processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management).
- ** Experience**:

- 4-5 years of experience in business excellence, process management, or operational excellence roles.
- Experience in process documentation, modeling, and improvement.
- Familiarity with business excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM, Six Sigma) and process management methodologies (e.g., BPMN).
- Experience in management consulting is an added advantage.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**:

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management Professional (BPMP), EFQM Assessor).
