Mission of the **To establish the requirements necessary for the Client´s approval of suppliers and post subcontractors where necessary.**
- To assist Third parties contractor in understanding and controlling all risks from work activities within/around the HHR operating corridor and right-of-way, or work activities that affect SSTPC’s operation or safety of HHR’s employees and assets. Manage the approval by the SSTPC of the work permit.

Job functions **For third parties**:
**01. Centralise all coordination requests for the performance of tasks with other companies and Public and Private Administrations.**
**02. Transferring to the areas and companies of the Consortium the needs for joint work with third parties.**
**03. Collect information and confirmation of the performance of tasks to be carried out by Consortium companies and pass it on to the third parties involved.**
**04. For Suppliers and subcontractor’s approval**
**05. Keeping the register of suppliers and subcontractors within the scope of this procedure.**
**06. Process requests or proposals from Partner Contractors and SSTPC Units for the**

Client´s approval, where necessary. To this end, perform a compliance check in regard to formal requirements set up in this procedure.

07. Keeping record of suppliers and subcontractors within the scope of this procedure.
08. Collect and control all requirements assigned in this procedure to the supplier/subcontractor within the scope of Units responsibility.

Experience At least 3 years in the following: required
- Knowledge in the planning and development of construction and civil works projects.
- Knowledge in the coordination of business activities.

Educational and **Engineering. Preferably in Civil works.**
**Vocational ** Coordination and management of projects and work teams
Qualifications **Conceptualization of the needs for the promotion of management improvements.**
- Spoken and written Arabic. At least level B22.

**QUALITY ENGINEER**

Mission of the Implement the policies and criteria of the established quality management system and control its post deployment through the Quality technicians

Job functions 01. Control and compliance with the quality policy

02. Participate in the definition of strategies for integrating management systems and subsystems (quality, SMS, risk management, etc.)

03. Control documented information.

04. Support all operational areas in the drafting of management procedures.

05. Coordinate all the management documentation.

06. Maintain up to date documentation.

07. Control the Quality Control Plan of each of the activities and companies of the

Consortium.

08. Carry out internal audits. Conduct the necessary interviews to detect non
- compliance with standards and procedures.

09. Monitor the operational risks that may be imported by the companies of the

Consortium.

10. Monitoring of risk mitigation measures
