**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Bank Reconciliation:

- Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies promptly.

2.General Ledger Management:

- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and compliant posting of transactions.

3.Revenue Recognition:

- Record and monitor revenue in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

4.Expense Management:

- Process and verify employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with policies.

5. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare periodic financial statements, including cash flow, income, and balance sheet reports.

6.Month-End Closures:

- Post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and adjustments during month-end closures.

7.Audit Support:

- Provide documentation and reconciliations for internal and external audits.

8.Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements.

9.Process Improvement:

- Identify and implement enhancements to accounting processes and systems.

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
