The opportunity

This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia.

Project: Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing and reporting of the programme across the various workstreams and sectors.
- Overseeing the completion of programme milestones leveraging tools/automation and best practices.
- Reviewing and consolidating various status reports with the ability to effectively communicate and document key messages.
- Preparing of standard executive management reports and presentations.
- Identifying of trends and providing timely feedback to sectors.
- Leading the change management process.
- Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Assessing the change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Completing change management assessments.
- Identifying, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance.
- Managing the change portfolio.
- Working with the wider team in developing, reviewing, and tracking change.
- Developing tools and processes to support portfolio change and effective management of change through all stages.

About you

You have relevant degree qualifications, and be a member of a professional body. You have experience in developing a governance framework supporting the speed and execution of the program.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and support strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
