The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to be involved in the delivery of major sports stadia and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently bidding for this programme which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead teams throughout each phase of the project.

This is a change management function for design and construction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing technical professionals with baseline, scope and change management experience.
- Understanding of all aspects of baseline and change management and promoting value for money.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of baseline and change management.
- Reporting functionally to the director of project controls.
- Preparing the baseline and change management plan, including updates, and obtaining approval.
- Implementing the baseline and change management plan to operate within the governance of the program.
- Developing and implementing baseline approvals and change processes to meet the project objectives and assure adherence to the policies and procedures of the government entity.
- Establishing the understanding, communication and implementation of the existing. standards and processes and recommended tools, for development and use in the stadium development program.
- Assessing the capability of government entity existing baseline and change staff and assign appropriate roles and responsibilities.
- Preparing the baseline and change management methodology for the knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Implementing standard project control processes and procedures.
- Taking ownership of the baseline and change metric reporting.
- Issuing change reports to concerned internal and external stakeholders.
