Our client - a major real estate developer in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a **Senior **Project Manager **for its exquisite, luxury tourism destination project being developed along the northwestern Red Sea coastline of Saudi Arabia

The **Project Manager **will **oversee the planning and delivery of construction projects; **every aspect, including the planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure, ensuring that timeframe targets and budgets are met and will manage relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the Client representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills, possessing a collaborative management style, working in a multi-discipline team format.
- Review all Infrastructure activities.
- Check the suitability of the schedule of all infrastructure activities.
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders.
- Report all potential issues to management.
- Ensure coordination on the connection between the Infra Contractors and Developers.
- Hold Coordination meetings.
- Manage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out in accordance with the program.
- Review and determine the selection of all consultants/ contractors with the Client.
- Monitor compliance and performance of consultants and contractors with their agreement.
- Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, contracts, and quality control provisions; perform project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
- Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the construction project; monitor and coordinate work performed by architectural, engineering, and construction departments.
- Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.
- Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensure that client requirements are being met; prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement appropriately.
- Authorize the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders and approves contractor invoices for payment.
- Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, Civil Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of project and construction management. Professional Certification is an advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in **managing mega infrastructure, and mixed-use projects **within the Construction/PMC industries, including infrastructure works such as retaining walls, **landscape/hardscape.**:

- Proficient in Excel, PPT & Word
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Ability to think ahead, identify new opportunities and create new and innovative approaches to work-related issues
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of construction management methodologies

**Salary**: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction: 10 years (required)
- mixed use project: 5 years (required)
