As a Data Scientist, you will focus on commercially-facing development projects, typically involving large, complex data sets. This typically include statisticians, computer scientists, software developers, engineers, product managers, and end users, working in concert with partners in Baker Hughes business units.

**As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for**:

- Leading analytical and designing activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
- Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Connecting the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; working on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business.
- Communicating across the function in area of expertise.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have conceptual or theoretical activities related to translating users' needs into the definition of a system, its architecture and design through an iterative process that results in an effective operational system and demands an interdisciplinary approach.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in STEM/ Psychology/ Economics with minimum 5 years of proven industrial experience in Data Science or master’s degree in Data Science with proven industrial experience.
- Have international project experience is preferred.
- Have the ability to work with interdisciplinary settings.
- Have entrepreneurial skills are preferred.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills are preferred.
- Have the ability to communicate, read and write in English Fluently.
- Have the ability to work in teamwork.
- Have comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function
- Have strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.
