- 3- Our client, a premier medical facility, is currently looking for a Staff Nurse - NICU to be based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.- Educate and support families on care plans, procedures, and available resources, fostering a family-centered approach.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.**Requirements**:

- To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.- Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience and worked in level 3 NICU (Critically ill premature babies)- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.- Must be NRP Certified- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.- Proficient in EnglishFollow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp
