- 4- Our client, a premier medical facility, is currently looking for a Staff Nurse - Pediatric to be based in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in accordance with established protocols and best practices.- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions.- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, communicating changes to the healthcare team.- Educate patients and families on health management, treatments, and preventative care.- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.- Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.**Requirements**:

- To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.- Minimum of 3 years of Pediatric Clinical Nursing experience- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.- Current licensure as a professional registered nurse.- Proficient in EnglishFollow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp
