The Internal Auditor identifies and evaluates risks associated with the Departments’ processes and participates in preparing audit plans, including audit programs.
- Audit Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual audit plan that covers financial, operational, and compliance areas based on risk assessments.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess areas of risk within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Internal Control Evaluation: Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Financial Audits: Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Operational Audits: Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Compliance Audits: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management.
- Follow-Up: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and provide ongoing support to ensure corrective actions are taken.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in internal auditing or a related field in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
- Ethical and trustworthy behavior, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity.
