**Role Overview**:
The Company is seeking a Marketing Executive who is well-versed in digital marketing, can work with multiple stakeholders, and is a confident self-starter. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design: Produce and co-ordinate design requirements for promotional material where needed
- Digital marketing: create content for PPC, SEO, paid and organic social that will make our events discoverable to new audiences as well as engaging current and past attendees
- Social media: Implement social media plan across all social channels including but not limited to writing engaging posts, designing imagery to accompany posts, scheduling posts, and monitoring and enhancing performance to drive tangible results
- Content design: Write engaging copy for our event audiences consistent with brand guidelines, sourcing and editing relevant imagery and other digital media to use across all digital channels
- Website development: Contribute to the continual improvement of event websites, including enhancing existing pages to increase conversions driven by the digital marketing campaign
- Partner Management: Work with various association and media partners to promote our events and ensure delivery on all obligations of each partnership.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in digital marketing
- Experience of marketing conferences and/or exhibitions
OR
Experience of digital marketing B2B products and services
- Ability to learn new systems and processes as new technology becomes available
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
- Previous experience using HubSpot would be highly beneficial
- Good organisational skills - the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise competing tasks and projects
- Self-motivated and keen to learn, able to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
