Overview:
GovCIO is currently hiring for a[Naval Operations Instructor (Fire Controlman) to provide RSNF personnel training on basic and advance weapon shipboard weapon systems. This position will be located in Jubail, KSA and will be an onsite position.

**Responsibilities**:

- MK -92 Guided Missile Fire Control system
- Harpoon Weapon Systems
- Basic Officer Qualification Course
- Advanced Operations Officer / Weapons Officer Course
- Advanced Officer Qualification
- Gunnery Officer Course (GCO)

Support and input the RSNF ESS courseware development team to ensure current and updated training materials.

Implement RSNF student critiques into RSNF ESS training materials, as required.

Prepare RSNF ESS Lesson Plans (LP) and ensure all Terminal and Enabling Objectives are effectively trained.

Utilize RSNF ESS PowerPoint Presentations, Job Sheets, and visual aids to support the learning retention of RSNF students.

Administer and grade RSNF ESS tests and exams.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by RSNF ESS Program Manager and Operations Manager

Qualifications:
BS and 2-5 years experience

3 years direct experience instructing students in military programs - OR - five (5) years of experience instructing students in military programs and being certified as a military training specialist.

Shall be a United States citizen or Saudi National

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range: USD $61,850.00 - USD $98,950.00 /Yr.
