Skill Quotient is seeking a Business Development Manager who can support in developing Software Solutions / Cybersecurity market in UAE region. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Skill Quotient in the IT product and services sales. Leveraging your expertise in IT Services / Software sales, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing business opportunities with prospective clients, including building strong partner relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**:Identify and target potential customers within the e-invoicing market, understanding their pain points, and presenting Skill Quotient's services and solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to the IT sector, leveraging Skill Quotient's unique strengths and differentiators.
- **Solution Selling**: Understand the complex needs of clients and tailor Skill Quotient's software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- **Quota Achievement**: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas, driving revenue growth for Skill Quotient.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, and Customer Success, to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction.

**What You'll Need to be Successful**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 4 years of successful software / IT services sales experience, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
