**Overview**:
**Key Duties**:

- Process and follow up on company documents with government entities (MHRSD, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
- Handle visa issuance, renewals, and cancellation procedures.
- Manage company and employee files related to government portals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are updated.
- Coordinate with HR and management on government updates or regulation changes.
- Represent the company professionally during visits or meetings with authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Saudi nationality (required).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in government relations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and online government platforms.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Good communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
