As a Field Specialist, you’ll run the operations of drilling sites using the latest technology. You’ll have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our wellsites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues.
- Communicating technical guidance and advice to customers and third-party wellsite colleagues
- Solving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data
- Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite.
- Having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools and services.
- Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have at least 5 years of experience as directional driller
- Show the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Show good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
- Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Be fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent all-round communication skills
