**Responsibilities**
- Lead and implement the project-specific Quality Control Plan in accordance with client and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Review and approve contractors’ and vendors’ quality control documentation (ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals).
- Conduct and supervise inspections, audits, and quality checks at various stages of the project.
- Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and control non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions (CARs), and preventive actions (PARs).
- Maintain and update project quality records, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Support Management of Change (MOC) processes by assessing the quality impact of proposed changes.
- Coordinate with the HSE and Engineering teams to align quality objectives with overall project goals.
- Mentor and lead the site QC team to drive a quality-focused culture.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or related discipline).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and international codes/standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.).
- Strong experience with inspection procedures, material testing, welding, NDT, and final documentation.
- Proficient in managing QA/QC documentation, audits, and vendor surveillance.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001, ASQ, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
