**Job Summary**

**What will you be doing?**
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Optimize app performance and ensure high-quality responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain best practices for mobile development.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.

**You're a perfect match if you have**
- **1-3 years** of proven experience as a Mobile Software Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency in **Flutter** and **Dart**.
- Experience with iOS and Android development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java is a plus).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with state management techniques (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
