**Primary Responsibilities**
n Responsible for giving the proper strategic direction and work with the Group CEO and EXCO Oman in creating a vision for success
n Implement company's policies and procedures and any changes directing towards growth, profits and increasing shareholder returns
n Planning, directing & leading all the operations and commercial activities
n Spearheading the group P&L with full responsibility for the achievement of short-term and long-term business goals; analyzing financial statements, sales and activity reports
n Maintain up-to-date technology, benchmark leading-edge practices, exploit market channels, lead commitment to quality.
n Ensure cost control activities; monitor revenues and expenditures in operations to assure sound financial control; assures effective and efficient use of budgeted funds, materials, facilities and time.
n Providing dynamic Leadership, Marketing Strategy and analyze market opportunities to prepare expected revenue and justify proposed sales targets for the geography of KSA
n Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team
n Enforcing compliance with all company's policies & procedures and business related legal, regulatory requirements
n Register company and product and services with GASCO, ARAMCO, SABIC, Local Civil Defence and other related authorities and develop good rapport with different approving authorities to widen business prospects & business opportunities to supports existing business and deriving future growth on continuous basis.
n Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
n Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
n All routine reporting and preparation of timely MIS
n Keep management updated with the developments in KSA
n Protects organization's value by keeping information confidentiality
n Prepare and maintain status reports for assigned program and projects and keep the top management updated
n Budget/Administration
n Participate in long range planning process
n Develop and administer project/program and budgets
n Review and authorize invoices as per DOA
n Preparing and presenting regular and mandatory reports to EXCO and BOD in Oman
**Secondary Responsibilities**
n Work positively and effectively as part of a team
n Any other job as assigned by the company
n Maximising the shareholder’s value
n Managing all stake holders and regulatory compliances
**Compliance Responsibilities**
n Compliance with company’s policies related to Quality, health, safety and Environment, business integrity etc in aligns with company’s vision and mission.
**Salary**: ﷼45,000.00 - ﷼60,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Khobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
