**Job Description**:

- Able to perform a critical analysis of -planning work prepared by others
- Able to support, mentor and coordinate junior planners within a team
- Able to communicate and defend planning to project team members
- Perform delay analysis work using various techniques
- Planning support for a single large/ complex project
- Management & coordination of a project planning team.

**Competencies**:

- Good understanding of key contract documents and how they relate to the planning process;
- Good understanding of general construction in various sectors like in Building, Civil, Marine, Environment etc.
- Able to develop a WBS for a medium project;
- Application of various delay analysis techniques;
- Preparation of resource & cost-loaded baseline programmes for medium projects;
- Preparation of progress reports using various visual techniques;
- Preparation of recovery/ target programmes;
- Use visual tools to assist in communicating planning, e.g. Line of Balance, Time Displacement, etc.
- Highly skilled in Primavera Software
- Highly proficient in the use MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge in other planning softwares, like Tilos

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil/ Marine Construction.
- Has minimum 8-10 years of work experience in Civil and Marine works in the field of planning
- You have a very good knowledge with Ms Office package.
- You can review, extract information from drawings using AutoCad (preferable)
- You are fluent in English.
- You are ready to travel abroad
