**Work Location: Dammam (Sites) - Saudi Arabia**

**Key Accountabilities**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Identify resource requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track critical path activities, and analyze deviations from the planned schedule. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify potential project risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate project cost data with the project schedule for comprehensive project control.
- Assess the impact of scope changes and variations on project schedules and update plans accordingly.
- Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for management and clients.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination and alignment of project activities.
- Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to ensure high-quality project delivery.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in **Engineering**, **Construction Management**, or related field.
- Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong background in construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
