JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operation Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and play a key role in supporting our employees and HR initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
- Administer and maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and tools
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of HR processes and initiatives
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
- Support HR reporting and analytics by gathering and analyzing HR data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient HR services
- Stay updated with HR industry trends and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR databases
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
- HR certification or relevant professional qualification is a plus
