**Position Overview**

Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, we are currently seeking a:
**Maintenance Engineer**

**(Dammam)**

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for combining all asset management activities: Maintenance, guaranteeing and achieving the required availability (operational safety and equipment reliability of the equipment, facilities, & utilities in the longer term and the active and quantifiable contribution to the continued reduction of production and maintenance costs. He / She will be responsible for Total Reliability, Equipment Overall Efficiency, Production control, Cost management and people support of the Production team and implements the continuous improvement program in achieving Operational Excellence.

**Key Tasks**
- Develop, maintain & update all SOP’s and Trouble Shooting Manuals for Production, Maintenance, Utilities in coordination with the Production Manager.
- Collaborate with wider project team during Installation & commissioning of process line.
- Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
- Plan, adherence to plan & undertake scheduled maintenance on weekly, monthly, annually basis. Also Monitor the Performance of the Line through effective Condition Monitoring Program.
- Record downtime of manufacturing line & utilities and carry out FRCA, failure root cause analysis, ensure effective CAPA is in place to avoid recurrence.
- Maintain critical spares, stock supply for the Plant needs and Responsibility for maintenance of company assets.
- Support constant reduction of inefficiencies, and non-added value activities.
- Develop local vendor for the critical equipment’s/ spare parts.
- Follow-up on the AMC for the Safety Equipment's, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Extinguishers, Smoke and Heat Detectors, Safety Panels.
- Meet all KPIs related to Power, Fuel, Water consumptions & Maintenance Cost well within the budget controls
- Carry out expansion project activities as & when required.
- Train the Production Operators / Technicians on the Lines/Machines running maintenance and improve their skills. Coach & Develop
- Manage and Support Emergency Situations, during Fire & Medical First Aid incidents to the Production Manager. Ensure safety culture and make system for preventive closer (ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Utilities, Air Compressor, HVAC, Lift Elevators, Forklift, Material Handling Equipment's Start-up operations and troubleshooting.
- Hands on Videojet/Inkjet Printers-High Understanding of principal of operation.
- Hands on and experience in circuit breakers, circuit panels and sub-panels, Metal Detector, lighting repair, electrical wall socket replacement, running electrical lines and conduit.
- Record OEE & make all possible efforts in order to meet agreed target/s.
- Install, Maintain and repair electro-mechanical systems, machinery electrical controls, PLC programs and Servo Drives.

**Job Profile**
- Bachelor degree in electrical field or equivalent by experience.
- Understanding of the manufacturing 5s methodology.
- Understanding of GMP/GHP, HACCP & FSMS 22000, ISO standards
- Understanding of Safe System of Working.
- Understanding of the basic concept of Kaizen & TPM
- Good sense of ownership for major projects and tasks.
- Good communicator cross functionally.
- Computer literate and experience working on ERP System.
- Able to work independently as well as interdependently with other departments.
- Good knowledge of MS offices such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
