We are hiring Electrical Engineer for one of the leading Steel Manufacturing company based in Dammam, KSA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the all the **activities of Electrical maintenance** in order to achieve performance targets.
- Carries out **professional technical work on Plant Electrical High voltage, Medium Voltage and Low Voltage system**.
- Provide **technical support and expertise to the Maintenance Manager** in regard to Plant Electrical systems.
- Identifying and **evaluating potential / existing EHSS problems,** suggesting solutions and **recommending suitable corrective measures**.
- Participate in **activities including incident investigations** associated with removal of hazards at his working area.
- Actively participate in the **implementation programs like Reliability, sustainability, manufacturing effectiveness, ISO** etc.
- Organize and **assist in training programs for new Technicians and Saudi Trainees** as agreed by the Manager maintenance. Monitor training progress and job performance.
- Checks and monitors that all the plant Electrical maintenance work performed meets with the standards approved by the Manager Maintenance.
- **Performs a trouble-shooting role when plant electrical and instrument problems** arising on the shift go beyond the scope of the Shift Supervisor, Foreman and Technician or when co-ordination in the group or across functional boundaries as required by Manager Maintenance.
- Make necessary related arrangement with other Engineers/analysts to overcome any problem arising in the plant that requires their involvement across their functional boundaries as required.
- **Performs technical analysis **of all the **electrical and instrument systems** and equipment's, ensure their reliability during operations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports as guided/required by the Manager Maintenance.
- **Researches technological literature** in order to remain **up to date with technical improvements in the electrical and fluid engineering to keep the SPLP-I maintenance** up to date with latest technology suitable to the process requirement.

**Salary**: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
