**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations of the engineering/maintenance team with a focus on HVAC systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all air conditioning systems, chillers and units.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of AC systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced maintenance and AC-related works and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in budget planning and control for HVAC maintenance and energy efficiency projects.
- Train and guide junior technicians to enhance departmental knowledge and efficiency.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and participate in the on-call duty rotation.
- Report directly to the Chief Engineer or Engineering Manager.

Requirements and skills:

- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, split units and BMS.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Familiar with energy efficiency best practices and control systems.
- Physical ability to perform technical tasks (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces).
- Flexibility to respond to emergencies beyond normal working hours.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
