**Lead a team that makes a difference to our business**

As a Well Planner, you will be responsible for:

- At a regional level - Providing technical expertise and developing technical solutions while interfacing with the commercial team.
- Possessing a deep understanding of power generation markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies.
- Calculating of plant, system and equipment performance and efficiency.
- Documenting technical specifications & costing elements for further contract execution phases.
Working closely with people from the business unit.
- Communicating with the direct team and supervisor.
- Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have leadership experience in an Energy environment with an understanding of Well Planning & Design
- Have experience of working with customers, identifying and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrate a good aptitude for relationship building and the ability to generate confidence in your contacts
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology
