**Responsibilities**:
- Review, draft, and amend contracts.
- Manage contracts documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research.
- Stay updated on relevant regulations and legal trends.
- Perform risk assessments and identify potential legal issues.
- Evaluate departmental practices from a legal perspective to ensure compliance.
- Ensure governance and compliance with internal and external policies.
- Handle all government communications and liaison activities.
- Prepare and respond to legal objections.
- File cases, manage litigation, and lead negotiations.
- Provide legal advice to other departments.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and legal standards.
