- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contractual arrangements.
- Proficient command of English. Arabic is preferred.
