Key Responsibilities:

- Process Design & Optimization
- Check all received designs and its ability to fabricate before release to production
- Insure use the minimum material as per the optimization pattern files
- Production Planning:

- Plan production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control plan between workstations to ensure that the finished product will pass the quality standard checks
- Tool & Machinery Oversight:

- Have good experience in machans operations and machine software for edge banding and CNC routers and boring machines is a must
- Team Coordination:

- Train and supervise workers on production processes.
- Promote safety practices and enforce compliance with regulations.
- Implement of all safety aspects for the factory, machines, and workers

Skills Required:

- Familiar with AutoCAD, Art Cam, Wood Wop software
- Good experience in excel
- Good command of English
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot production challenges.
- Project Management: Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in designs and finished products.
- Interpersonal Skills: Collaborating with teamwork
