You will be responsible for selling the full range of Leading and managing the customer's commercial operations, both internally and externally. Comprehensive monitoring of the client account, including its updates, challenges. Identify, categorise and resolve issues effectively. Maintain ongoing communication with various departments to ensure operational alignment & billing accuracy. Respond to complaints and feedback and take appropriate action. Monitor and update electronic systems as required. based in the Central Region of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Establishing Communication Tools with Customer.
- Quantity Adjustments/Unblock Items /Prices related matter.
- Scheduling and Monitoring Appointments (planning appointments & follow up)
- Coordinating Warehouse Deliveries.
- Endorsement of Complimentary Items.
- Contract Extension Initiatives.
- Aligning Business Plans with customer vision.
- Purchase order follows up & reporting.
- Follow up on delivery and matching with requirements.
- Follow up with accounts on the orders delivery from customer WH.
- Follow up on submitted (Goods Receipt).
- Follow up on all (Request for Goods Receipt).
- Lead the Market-Place associates on all related matter.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Experience in billing follow-up and ensuring the integrity of financial operations.
- Familiarity with electronic systems and the capability to update and monitor them.
- Analytical skills and good communication with various entities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure.
- Quick learning capability and adaptability to changes.
