**The Job in a Nutshell**

**What You Will Do❓**
- Mentor partners and service providers on best practices and successful implementation of use cases leveraging technical expertise in Foodics products including APIs and RMS offerings.
- Be directly involved in communications with external companies, business to business on integrations and technical discussions.
- Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality.
- Conduct thorough research to identify the best integration solutions for our customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in integration technologies.
- Gather and document integration requirements and specifications, and recommend the best approach for system integration based on the partner’s needs.
- Validate partner’s technical integration, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements are met with the desired acceptance quality between Foodics and other systems.

**What Are We Looking For❓**
- Bachelor's degree in MIS or related fields
- Proven experience in dealing with APIs
- Strong knowledge of web services, data formats, and RESTful APIs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with online ordering, accounting software, and ERP platforms is a plus

- Understanding of various programming languages.
- Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware
- Proficiency in data mapping and transformation techniques.
- project management skills to handle multiple integration projects.
